2008: A regular in the weekend starting rotation, making a team-high 11 starts on the mound...Also made one relief appearance...Started the season opener at George Washington on March 1, giving up five runs (three earned) and five hits while striking out three in 3.2 innings...Named Ivy League Pitcher of the Week after snapping Yale's four-game losing streak with a 5-1 win at Wofford on March 16...Gave up one run and two hits in the first inning, then no-hit the Terriers the rest of the way, striking out four in a seven-inning complete game...Also earned the win against Fairfield on April 16, pitching the first two innings of a 3-0 shutout victory and recording a strikeout...Appeared in one game as a pinch runner, scoring a run at Dartmouth on April 20.

2007: Moved from the outfield to the weekend starting rotation, making 11 appearances and eight starts on the mound...Also played eight games in the outfield, making one start...Led the team with a 4.83 ERA and 54 innings pitched, and tied for the team lead with three wins...Earned first career save after giving up just one hit and one run with three strikeouts in three innings at UMBC on March 4...Picked up first collegiate win at Navy on March 24, giving up six hits and one run with five strikeouts in 7.2 innings in a 2-1 victory...Posted a team-leading four complete games in five Ivy League starts...Had a 3.23 ERA in conference games, allowing just 11 earned runs in 30.2 innings of Ivy play.

2006: Played in 18 games, mostly in a reserve role...Made first collegiate start at Davidson (March 18)...Collected first collegiate hit and later scored at Connecticut (March 29).

Before Yale: Earned letters in both baseball and football...Two-time team MVP and ACL All Star...Named All-Scholastic by the Brocton Enterprise, Patriot Ledger, and Boston Globe twice each...Captained football and indoor track teams his senior year.
